I always make time for personal work, as these projects are deeply meaningful to me. I include a selection in my portfolio because clients and collaborators often reference them when seeking direction for new commissions.
When exploring my own ideas, I gravitate toward analog techniques such as paper cut, painting, pencils, and oil pastels. I love the unpredictability of working by hand—where ‘happy mistakes’ and imperfections often become the defining elements of my style, adding depth and character that digital tools can't quite replicate.
